Qualifications

As a Customer Service oriented person I am qualified for a variety of positions.

	As a teenager I worked as a daytime stock clerk in which one of my responsibilities was to help customers locate items.
	In the Army I was in customer service as a Supply Clerk which also entailed helping locating and obtaining items for personnel and the Company.
	As a Bartender, I helped customers by ensuring that they received prompt & courteous service.
	As a Manager, I had many dealings with the public, 1 on 1 or in a group, to help resolve problems, take compliments of staff, or to make public announcements. I also helped the companies achieve their goals by ensuring that we had qualified personnel, proper equipment, and much more.
	As a collection agent, I helped the company achieve their collection goals by helping the customer understand their debts and offering them a way to pay for that debt.
	With those experiences, I have had to sharpen skills such as group and individual communications and negotiations.
	I am also a Team Player. I learned from the military the meaning of "Team" - a group of individuals that strive and complete a task as a single entity. Being part of a team is very important to me.
